Chinese Curry Sauce

Easy peasy curry sauce that’s just as nice as your local chinese!

Healthier alternative to your chip shop or take away curry sauce. Easy to make and you can make batches and freeze

  1. 2 Chicken Stock Cubes
  2. 1 While cauliflower (can use frozen)
  3. 4 tsp Curry Powder
  4. 2 Large Onions, chopped into large chunks
  5. Mushrooms, halved
  1. Boil cauliflower in stock until softened, while cooking cauliflower, spray a wok with fry lite and heat through, add mushrooms and onions and quickly fry.
  2. Add curry powder and fry for a further 2 mins. remove the cauliflower from the stock and blitz using a hand blender then add to the onion mixture.
  3. Add stock a little at a time until required thickness.
  4. You can add cooked chicken, prawns or vegetables of your choice.
  5. Serve with rice or baked potato
