Calling all pizza lovers, check out this amazing way to create a pizza base with a difference.

Cauliflower Pizza
Try a healthy alternative to pizza dough base with this cauliflower alternative.

Ingredients
  1. one large cauliflower, minus the stalk
  2. Mix with 2 eggs (beaten)
  3. fry lite
  4. Tomato puree
  5. Kerry's Low Low Cheese (or low fat cheese)
  6. Meat of your choice, chicken, ham..
  7. Sweetcorn
  8. Mushrooms - sliced
  9. Top with tomato puree and add toppings of your choice.
  10. Bake in the oven until the top is golden x
Instructions
  1. Pizza base with a difference? Cauliflower Pizza!
To make the pizza base
  1. blend one large cauliflower, minus the stalk!
  2. Mix with 2 eggs (beaten) and place on a baking tray that has been sprayed with fry lite.
  3. Top with tomato puree and a sprinkle of low low cheese add toppings of your choice.
  4. Bake in the oven until the top is golden/
Notes
  1. When adding meat, make sure the meat is cooked before adding to the pizza to ensure it's cooked thoroughly
